Scope
Describe the workpiece, motion sequence, cycle requirement and the manual work being replaced.
Boundaries
State what is excluded: civil works, utility upgrades, IT integration and operator training.
Budget and acceptance
Break the budget by constituent parts, and define acceptance with measurable criteria such as cycle time and continuous-run duration.
