Elite Robots: CS Collaborative Arms and Palletizing Solutions
Review Elite Robots CS model choices, programming tools, optional protection and palletizing references, separating model specifications from complete-cell performance.
Company and manufacturing focus
Elite Robots develops collaborative robot arms and application solutions. Its official company page dates its founding to 2016, describes headquarters in Shanghai and identifies a manufacturing and development centre in Suzhou, China. Regional sales entities may differ from the group brand; confirm the entity and service organisation named in the proposal. Company overview.
CS-series model choices
The current CS range includes CS63, CS66, CS612, CS620, CS625 and CS530H. Model examples illustrate the trade-off: CS620 is listed at 20 kg payload and 1,800 mm reach, while CS625 is listed at 25 kg and 1,500 mm. The family's maximum payload and maximum reach belong to different configurations and should not be combined into an imaginary model. CS-series comparison.
Programming and supplied options
Elite describes graphical programming, an expandable software interface, SDK support and a palletizing wizard. Its CS-series page distinguishes standard IP65 protection from an IP68 upgrade and presents an optional teaching pendant with a three-position enabling switch. Verify the ordered hardware, software entitlements and environmental scope. A listed option is not automatically included in the base arm price.
Palletizing reference and source limits
Elite's TurboGrün case describes CP-series palletizing systems handling fertilizer bags in Germany. The page's product tags and body differ on the arm model, so this profile does not assign a specific arm configuration to that deployment. The account is useful as a supplier-published application reference; buyers should confirm the actual installation and operating data before comparing it with their own line. TurboGrün case study.
Designing the complete handling cell
Specify bag or carton dimensions, weight variation, gripping surfaces, infeed position and pallet patterns. Include end-tool mass and all adapters in the payload calculation. Check the highest and farthest placements with the actual base or lifting column. Determine who manages pallet exchange, damaged packages and interrupted stacks, and how the robot coordinates with conveyors or other handling equipment.
Operating conditions and access
Record where operators work, how materials enter the station and when access is required for clearing faults. Have the integrator assess the complete application and define its protective measures, stopping behavior and restart procedure. Verify environmental protection for the controller, connectors and tooling as well as the arm, particularly where cleaning, liquids or dust are involved.
Acceptance and support
Test the full production sequence with representative packages and pallet patterns. Measure completed units, placement quality, interventions, changeover time and recovery after a stop. Demonstrate configuration backup and operator training on the delivered software version. Elite provides an official CS-series support knowledge base; agree the applicable documentation, spare-parts route and response commitments. CS-series support.
Sources and enquiry preparation
Primary sources were reviewed on 11 September 2026. Product ratings and the customer account are manufacturer statements with the limits described above. Prepare the workpiece data, layout, operating schedule and acceptance criteria. Compare proposals that separately identify the arm, controller, base or lift, gripper, programming, integration and service.
