VNP15 model configuration

Do not combine the largest optional height with the headline rated load without the applicable load chart.

The published interface description also includes monitoring and permission groups. In a project, identify how an incoming warehouse order becomes a vehicle task and how completion is acknowledged. Ask how operators distinguish a completed physical transfer from a task that requires manual inspection.
Automotive cage-stacking evidence
A VisionNav application dated 9 July 2026 describes an unnamed automotive parts manufacturer using VNP15 for full-cage stacking and empty-cage handling. The case reports a staged method: make two pairs of cages, then combine those pairs into a four-layer stack. It describes a 2,400 mm vehicle lift for that application and a final stack near 4.7 metres. Final stack height is not the same as fork lift height.
Keep the case and catalogue separate
The case configuration differs from the standard mast described on the product page. Its handling sequence and carrier geometry are material to the result. Use it as an example to discuss with the supplier, not as proof that every VNP15 can create the same stack. The customer is not named in the reviewed article, and the profile does not identify a customer from an industry label.
Test the handoff and recovery
For pallet work, supply load-centre information, pocket dimensions, pallet condition, station drawings and loaded clearances. For cages, add support-point geometry and the permitted stacking sequence. Ask for trials that include misalignment, an occupied destination and a rejected placement. Measure whether the system can preserve the correct job and guide an operator through recovery without losing load traceability.
Commercial requirements
Request the exact mast, forks, sensing options, chargers, software licences and integration work as separate scope items. Confirm capacity at the intended load centre and height, and the party responsible for local commissioning and service. A procurement comparison should include completed transfers, intervention frequency and charging constraints rather than maximum travel speed alone.
