Cleanfix: RA660 Navi Robotic Scrubber-Dryers for Commercial Floors
Swiss cleaning equipment supplier with RA660 Navi autonomous scrubber-dryers, optional docking and remote management. Compare exact generations, floor conditions and regional service coverage.
Company and market
Cleanfix Reinigungssysteme AG is a family-run cleaning equipment business based in Henau-Uzwil, Switzerland. Its portfolio includes conventional cleaning machines and autonomous robots for commercial facilities. The company describes an international distribution network; buyers should identify the actual contracting dealer and service provider for their installation rather than treating global distribution as a local support commitment.
Robotic cleaning portfolio
The RA660 Navi range includes M and XL scrubber-dryer configurations. These machines combine floor scrubbing with suction to recover dirty water. Cleanfix positions the range for facilities such as warehouses, production halls and public buildings. A hard-floor cleaning trial should establish whether the proposed brushes, pads and detergent suit the floor finish, soil type and pedestrian traffic.
Current XL configuration
The current RA660 Navi XL product page is labelled New Generation and identifies item 707.010C-RA660-XL. Its published specifications include a 66 cm cleaning width, an 85 cm suction width and separate fresh-water and dirty-water capacities of 110 litres. The listed maximum runtime is 3.5 hours. These are manufacturer specifications for that configuration, not a guaranteed site cleaning cycle.
Navigation and operating controls
Cleanfix describes camera-free 3D obstacle detection, remote task scheduling and digital water and detergent dosing on the current XL. The product page also lists a fully automatic water-and-energy dock, a control-system licence and an annually charged Mission Control service among optional accessories. Confirm the supplied software, connectivity and docking package in the quotation; a product photograph alone does not establish what is included.
Generation and performance boundaries
The March 2025 XL factsheet describes Connect and Unlimited packages, with app access and automatic refilling tied to particular versions. Older documents also present dimensions and weight figures on different bases. Specify the generation and item number before comparing offers. Do not combine an older brochure configuration with current hardware, and measure completed cleaning area after refill time, interruptions and manual edge work.
Maintenance and regional support
Cleanfix offers maintenance contracts and on-site or workshop repairs. Its company page places the stated minimum ten-year service and repair commitment under Service (Switzerland). This should not be presented as a ten-year worldwide warranty. Ask the local supplier to specify response times, spare-parts availability, consumable prices, battery terms and the arrangements for a robot that cannot return to its dock.
Questions for a site trial
Provide floor plans, the narrowest passages, slopes, drainage and water-supply locations, and a representative shift schedule. Agree how to measure residual water, cleaning quality, obstacles requiring assistance and staff time spent servicing the machine. Include detergent handling, blocked routes, dock access and recovery after a network interruption in acceptance criteria. Obtain a written scope for training and periodic map changes.
