Brain Corp: BrainOS Autonomy, Cleaning Software and Fleet Management
Autonomy software company partnering with robot manufacturers. Review BrainOS navigation, Clean Suite services, Tennant-specific Clean 2.0 features and operational data responsibilities.
Company and partner model
Brain Corp was founded in 2009 and develops autonomy technology for commercial robots. Its BrainOS platform combines software with an ecosystem of equipment-manufacturer partnerships. Brain Corp is therefore covered here as a robotics software and platform supplier. BrainOS, Clean Suite and associated services are parts of its portfolio, rather than separate companies or complete machines from a single manufacturer.
Navigation and platform architecture
The BrainOS overview describes navigation, obstacle handling, area scanning and docking capabilities, together with software interfaces intended for partner hardware. It also presents fleet visibility and enterprise integration tools. The delivered capability depends on the robot, sensor configuration and supported software release. Confirm which functions are included in the proposed machine and which require additional integration or service access.
BrainOS Clean 2.0 and SelfPath
The Clean 2.0 page identifies the software update with Tennant floor-cleaning robots. It describes SelfPath AI route generation, visual perception and adaptation around obstacles. These features should not automatically be assigned to every historical BrainOS-powered model or another manufacturer’s robot. Confirm hardware eligibility and the exact release before replacing an existing route-training or deployment procedure.
Cleaning records and autonomy services
Clean Suite provides reporting on cleaning activity, including mapped coverage, missed areas, completed routes and operating time. The supplier also describes software updates, remote diagnostics and training through its autonomy services. These records can help supervise operations, but a reported route completion does not by itself prove the required floor condition. Combine coverage evidence with an agreed quality inspection.
On-robot and cloud responsibilities
Brain Corp’s published privacy documentation describes a combination of on-robot intelligence and cloud-based fleet management. For a deployment, request a clear account of the data collected, the people who can access it and how operational records can be exported. Confirm connectivity requirements, account administration and service behavior during an outage with the contracted providers.
Acceptance in a working facility
Test the supported robot with the actual floor layout, pedestrians, temporary displays and blocked areas. Record cleaning quality, completed coverage, operator assistance and recovery time over representative shifts. Agree who changes maps or schedules and how changes are approved. A platform demonstration should be assessed against the intended work process and the specific hardware carrying it out.
Commercial scope and ongoing support
Separate the equipment purchase from software subscriptions, connectivity, commissioning and service obligations. Identify the party responsible for mechanical faults, autonomy problems and account support, and agree an escalation route. Request the update policy, supported-version period and handover materials. A rollout decision should include recurring costs and the practical work retained by the facilities team.
