Post-Go-Live Review: 30, 60 and 90 Days
A short review cycle that catches problems while they are still cheap to fix.
What to measure
- Availability and intervention count per shift, from the cell log.
- Cycle time against the accepted figure, at the current product mix.
- Maintenance hours spent on the cell, by cause.
- Operator confidence: can they recover from the three most common faults unaided?
The three reviews

Write it down and close the project
A short report per review — what changed, what it cost, what is next — protects the team and gives the next project a starting point. Projects that never close quietly consume budget for years.
