Reading a Shortlist Announcement
The shortlist notice is your last cheap chance to check the record.
Check these four items
| Item | What to verify |
|---|---|
| Ranking | Whether the order matches your own scoring |
| Price | Whether the quoted price matches your final submission |
| Personnel | Whether the named staff meet the stated requirements |
| Period | The exact start and end of the announcement window |
If something looks wrong
- Raise it in writing within the window; late objections are normally refused.
- State the specific fact and the evidence you rely on.
- Keep the submission receipt and any acknowledgement.
- Vague complaints are rarely accepted, so be concrete.
The formal announcement from the issuer is the authoritative record, not a repost or a summary.
