Acceptance is the moment to test, not the moment to hope.
Test before you sign

| Handover | Operator and maintenance training completed |
How to run the test
- Agree the test plan and acceptance criteria in advance.
- Record the run data and keep signed copies.
- List any open defect with an owner and a date.
Acceptance criteria belong in the contract so that both sides test against the same measures.
