ZhilianhaiAnnouncement Calendars: What to Watch Weekly
A simple weekly routine
| Day | Action |
|---|---|
| Monday | Scan new tender notices for your sectors |
| Wednesday | Check shortlist and award announcements |
| Friday | Search your own company name and your competitors |
| Monthly | Export a list for trend tracking |
| Quarterly | Review who is winning what, and why |
Make it repeatable
- Save the same searches so nothing depends on memory.
- Keep a shared tracker rather than personal bookmarks.
- Note the deadline of anything worth pursuing immediately.
Portals publish on their own schedules. Confirmation should come from the issuer, not from a repost.
