Mako Total Knee is associated with the Triathlon implant system. On July 16, 2026, Stryker announced the US commercial launch of Mako RPS for total knee replacement. This handheld system differs from the Mako 4 robotic-arm platform. The release describes intraoperative planning and a robotically enabled saw that adjusts in response to hand movement, compatibility with Triathlon Total Knee and use with Q Guidance. A March 3, 2026 announcement described Mako Shoulder as in full market release while stating that its availability on Mako 4 was planned for the second half of 2026.
