Measuring Performance After Installation
The business case is only proven once the cell is running.
What to measure

How to make it credible
- Measure for at least a month, including a bad week.
- Compare against the baseline you recorded before the project.
- Report honestly; a modest real gain persuades better than an inflated claim.
Measurement definitions should be agreed with the integrator before acceptance testing.
