Before the lift

During the lift
- One person directs the lift; everyone else stays clear.
- Never put hands between the load and any surface.
- Stop if anything changes; nobody is criticised for stopping a lift.
Lifting operations are regulated and require competent personnel. Follow the site's lifting procedure.
