What ramp-up involves

Practical measures
- Keep engineering support on site during the first weeks.
- Track interventions per shift as the main ramp-up metric.
- Do not increase volume faster than the quality data supports.
Ramp-up assumptions belong in the business case. Compare actual results against them.
